Ordered goods which were not delivered. Have been advised that I will have to wait 72 working hours whilst SpaceNK investigate the issue with their supplier and will not re-send until they have sorted this.
This approach penalises the customer, when all I would like to do is to re-send the gifts to my daughter.
Not the approach expected from a premium brand, next time will be ordering gifts from a business who has the customer at the centre of what they do
I had difficulties with my online order and the SpaceNK team solved this and my parcel of needs arrived quickly. I usually visit one of their shops and always have excellent advice. Always helpful and a pleasure to use SpaceNK.

Got in contact as I wanted to know when my n.dulge points expire and another question about the rewards programme. Was put through to the automatic one who couldn’t help but then gave me the option to speak to an agent. This was fairly quick and my question was answered in a matter of minutes. Every time I contact SpaceNK’s customer service I leave the chat feeling good and satisfied with the service I get. Would 100% recommend.
I had a query which was responded to promptly with a full, helpful and friendly reply.

Trying to purchase a product which I’ve been waiting to purchase using the 20% off before midnight and at checkout the offer has already expired. 3 hours early! Why would they say midnight????! Serious misrepresentation
Good experience with shopping and nice customer service. But I think the order viewing page could be shown with more details, like add an entry to track package. It's difficult to check infomation in those all same fonts. I think it's better to make some info like product name in bold.
Very prompt response to my query about a discount code. New code provided and was able to very happily make my purchase.
